Terms of Service

Last updated: August 27, 2026

1. Introduction

tangble is an independently owned product studio currently operated by an individual as a sole proprietor, building software tools including WordPress plugins and web applications such as Papr and Pottr. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of our website (https://tangble.com) and any related products and services.

2. Use of Website and Services

You agree to use this website, our products, and our services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms. By accessing or using our website or any tangble products, you agree to comply with these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

When using our website or products, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, accounts, or services.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, performance, or security of the website or products.
  • Bypass or attempt to circumvent any applicable security, authentication, or access controls.
  • Use tangble products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, tangble owns or controls all intellectual property rights to its own branding, website content, software, designs, and materials.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse tangble’s proprietary materials without prior written permission or as permitted by applicable law. These Terms do not grant or transfer to you any ownership rights in tangble’s intellectual property.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content and data you create, write, or manage using tangble products. These Terms do not give tangble ownership of your content or data.

6. Products, Early Access and Availability

Some tangble products, features, or services — such as Pottr during its early-access or evolving stages — may be in development, pre-release, beta, or experimental.

Features, functionality, and availability may change, be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Pre-release or evolving tools should not be relied upon as permanently fixed, and we make no commitment that specific early-access functionality will remain unchanged.

7. Your Infrastructure and Responsibilities

Where a tangble product operates within, connects to, or relies upon infrastructure controlled by you (such as your own WordPress installation, hosting environment, or databases), you remain responsible for that infrastructure. This includes managing your own backups, access credentials, site configurations, and the overall security and maintenance of the systems you control.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website or products may link to or integrate with third-party services where applicable. tangble is not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

9. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund period for eligible paid purchases of tangble products. You may request a refund within 14 days of making an eligible paid purchase.

Some products may also offer a free trial. Where a free trial is offered, no payment or credit card is required to start the trial. Unless otherwise stated, the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. When the trial ends, access may be downgraded to an available free plan unless you choose to purchase or upgrade.

The free trial and refund period are separate. Where you make an eligible paid purchase after a trial, the 14-day refund period begins on the date of that payment.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@tangble.com with sufficient information for us to identify your purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where supported by the payment provider. Currency conversion, exchange-rate differences, and fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider are outside tangble’s control.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our website, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website or products will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every specific purpose or operational requirement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tangble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the website, products, or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. When updates are made, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the website or applicable products after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
